Right to Cancel and Returns – Perth Padel Shop

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Returned Items Must:

  • Be unused and in their original packaging

  • Be returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice

  • Include proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt)

Refunds

  • We’ll issue a refund for the product price once the returned goods are received and inspected.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or sent in error.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons (e.g. grips, clothing)

  • Customised or special-order products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling
